Swedish Massage

Swedish massage is the manipulation of soft tissues of the body with the purpose of normalizing those tissues. Techniques are designed to increase oxygen to the blood flow and to release toxins from the muscles resulting in muscles relaxing. Swedish massage is complimented by the use other techniques such as hydrotherapy, remedial exercises, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, lymphatic drainage etc. to achieve positive physiological and psychological effects in the treatment of a client’s condition.
