LaStone Therapy is the application of geo-thermo therapy, using deep penetrating heated stones, alternating with chilled stones to bring about chemical release within the bodies systems. This a very unique and relaxing treatment.
Heated basalt stones are used to massage in long flowing strokes to promote relaxation and pain relief.

Cupping is incorporated into the regular Swedish Massage treatment. It is an ancient therapy which uses suction and vacuum pressure. Plastic cups are placed on the body and may be left stationary for a short period of time or may be moved along the skin depending on the specific treatment. The suction is used to soften tight muscles, loosen adhesions and lift connective tissue, bringing hydration and blood flow to the tissues, and assists in lymphatic drainage. Cupping treatments may cause temporary redness and bruising.
